stGNES 1949: Time of Struggle for Peace and Survival

To Everyone
Former President Alonso has committed crimes against humanity, the so-called popular election were a fraud, and probably USSR funded and backed too, our people were beaten and intimidated for months to vote for the Communist party, large number of non existing votes were cast for them, even dead people voted for them, and opposition leaders , union leaders any and any person that he considered a threat was liquidated, we can now estimate between the two and the three thousand men, women and children died by these murderers actions.
As soon as he took power he disbanded 75% of the army began recruiting men loyal to him to build his personal army. And Before Escaping he took millions in gold bars with him.
If Bolivia harbors such criminal and will not give it back to us we will take any action needed to assure that he will meet his punishment.

And why does the USSR try to keep this criminal out of our hands? Are they afraid he will expose them for what they did? For putting him in power and allowing him to commit horrible crimes against Argentina?

I hope the International Community will back Argentina demand for justice and condemm all that harbor these criminals.

To Argentina:
Until there is any proof of the actions you speak of, this man, Alfonso, is the elected president of a country, and you are in violation of national sovereignty of Bolivia. As long as you are in violation of the national sovereignty of a nation that is a member of the Comintern, you are an enemy of the Comintern. The USSR and the rest of the Comintern will take apropriate measures to help Bolivia unless you back down immediatley.

International Incident - War Seems Immenint

The MID of the USSR has attained information that the CIA was behind the coup d'etat in Argentina. This information, combined with the new Argentinian government's agressive foreign policy towards Bolivia in the last few months has finally forced the USSR into action.

Yesterday Comrade Stalin announced that USA has broken a treaty it has signed with the USSR, and has used force to topple a democratically elected government, part of the Comintern. The USSR will not allow this to continue. All of the USSR forces have been put on alert.

In the meeting of Comintern today Comrade Stalin asked the Comintern to intervene on the part of Bolivia and the present nations voted in favor of it. The Comintern forces have been put on high alert, with major armies moving to Eastern Europe, Middle East, and the Afghan border. The Comintern fleet, numbering over 150 ships is scheduled to move out to the Atlantic Ocean in the next week. Parts of the Comintern airforce have begun re-deployment to Bolivia.

In a Statement today Comrade Istapov, the USSR foreign minister said that "any action taken against Bolivia will be treated as an attack on the Comintern, and the Comintern is fully capable of retaliation." When asked about USA's nuclear potential Comrade Istapov refused to comment.

An official MID statement was released today: "A combined Comintern fleet will hold military excersises in the Atlantic ocaen off the coast of Argentina. All foreign vessels are advised to avoid the area. In addition, Argentina is now a hostile nation to the Comintern, and we advise all foreign nationals to leave Argentina for their own safetly." There have been no other official comments on the situation.

The USSR does not believe that the Argentinian Constitution is fair, nor do be believe a word of a Fascist dictator, therefore USSR has granted the accused Asylum, and a plane is on the way to pick him up and transport him to Moscow.

To the USSR
From India

We back you all the way. When do you want the troops?

To India:
Indian troops are to be dislocated near Pakistan and Sri Lanka, the fleet and airforce combined with the rest of the Comintern forces heading to South America.

President Truman said in a statement today: 'The Soviet accusations that the CIA was behind the change in government is false. This proves how horrible the Soviet's intelligence capabilities truly are. We do not want war; but if the Soviets will not listen and war comes upon us, I tell the American people this: We'll Give Em' Hell!'

To the USA:
We quote the statement made by the Argentinian Government during negotiations: "who do you think put [us] there, C.I.A funding kept the Argentinia army goin." If the USA had nothing to do with this, then we apologise, but this was an official statement by the Argentinian government, and we asumed it to be true.

To USSR:

These statements are false and we demand an explanation from the government of Argentina.

We also urge the Argentine government not to invade Bolivia and prosecute former Dictator Alonso through the United Nations.

To the USA:
here are the documents:
"Dani says:
lol who do you think put me there
Dani says:
C.I.A funding kept the Argentinia army goin"

Now we demand an explanation from both of your nations

Argentina Expels USSR Diplomats

Argentina has expelled all USSR diplomats following the USSR threats of violence and instigation of war with Bolivia.
The relation with the USSR had already greatly deteriorated after the captured Former minister of Finance Ignacio de la Rosa pointed a blaming finger towards them.
The Minister confessed that it was USSR funding that allowed former President Alonso to gain power trough terrorist means and pleaded for mercy and protection from the USSR’s wrath, he later managed to hang himself in his cell using his bed sheet. In his goodbye letter he said “I am sorry for all the pain that I caused to the people of Argentina, I hope my death will spare my family from the Russian’s wrath”.
The Generalissimo proclaimed: “After the accusation of de la Rosa, their threats and their diplomats telling Bolivia to “Open fire on Argentinean Planes” expelling them was the only least I could do, our nation may be a dwarf in comparison to their but I will not allow people who fund murderers and terrorist to be on our ground.
Allso their claim that the people revolt was masterminded by American secret agents is false and baseless, they are only trying to put the focus on something else and they do so by using a distorted version of what they done with Alonso.
But should the USA or any other nation wish to back us up, as Spain did, so that we might pursue justice then I welcome all.
But even should no one help us i will not back down from our claims to Bolivia, if they refuse to hand over the Criminal we will resort to force, this criminal’s injustice will NOT go unpunished.”

Since the USSR has clear interests in this we dont think the UN or any other international entiry would be an impartial court of law. The USSR influence is to great to allow Alonso to be trialled anywere except Argentina

OOC: how could you have proof of me sending money if I didnt send any? Id apreciate if you would role-play your government, and leave the rest to the mod.

IC:

To Argentina:
The accusations are false, as per agreement with the USA, USSR has not sent any aid to any nation in the western hemisphere. We would also like to inform you that Soviet and other Comintern planes are ariving in Bolivia, as well as other installations, and that we will not hesitate to shoot down any Argentinian plane that crosses the border, so I suggest you withdraw immediatley.

We do not see how a trial by the international court could be partial. On the other hand we see very well how a trial in Argentina would be partial, and we will not allow it. The only way you will get Alonso is to take him by force, and that will instantly spark a war with the Comintern

the Governemt of Argentina asks the USSR who tis dani is, no one in our goverment has such name, and we would like to know what kind of documents these are the kind that anyone with pen and paper can produce?

OOC: it is customary, or at least not uncommon to post parts of online negotiations, since not everything is done on the forums

IC:
USSR denies all of these actions, and invites any of the government representatives from other countries to trase where the money the USSR possesed went over the last 2 years, and you will find that none of it went to Argentina or Bolivia. The government elected was elected by a popular vote, and therefore is the legitimate government. The current government are rebels who have seized control of the country, and the USSR condemns this fact and demands immediate extradition of former government officials to the USSR.

To Argentina:

Your little fray with Bolivia is not worth risking nuclear war with the USSR. Do not invade them.

To the USSR:

I am appealing to the Argentine government to back down. But if they will not, and you send troops to Bolivia, we will take the appropriate measures...

To the USA:
Bolivia is a Comintern nation. If Pakistan were threatened, you can send troops there to help them, this is a symetrical situation when my ally is threatened by war, and we WILL send troops to help them. Otherwise we expect all USA troops to stay home and not help their allies, and I am sure that will not happen. Only symetrical diplomacy works in this world.
