Jason, you haven't answered my question about my army. If you didn't catch it, here it is again:

Did you update my army stat for upgrading to Medieval, because I believe it was at [1/3] last turn. Thanks.

Orders:
Pm'd

To The Dutch People:

Your country is almost destroyed, Swedish and British troops control 90% of your country. If you stop fighting now, Sweden gurantess your land and wealth will stay yours as well as your culture and custums. Why fight on against hopeless odds?

Btw: Eithophia shouldn´t have a asterix - I should!

It was a picturesque setting in the Alps, one that reminded Johann of his home in Switzerland.
Small wonder. Austria and Switzerland were much alike in many ways, including the massive
mountains that they called home. Still, a beautiful landscape, which he, walking in the open air,
could easily enjoy. Walking through the streets of Vienna was a treat, too. Not like Zurich, not
like his hometown. It was a much older city. Much older. It had a ring of the old ages, the
classical ages. Even older than that.

Granted, the country itself was no real treat. Devastated by Muscovy, pillaged, burned, ruined.
Yet the capital of the new Union. Beautiful city, bad setting. Except for those mountains... He
looked up, and in front of him was the ministry of Trade, his workplace and destination.

Things were going well at the ministry of trade. It was not clear who the Union would trade with,
but there was talk of the internal trade network being finished soon. Add that to the enormous
economic growth, and they would have an easy time, yes, an easy time.

Orders:

Increase army by 1500 men (costs 3 economy, brings it down to Growing, brings army to 2720
men).

Finish Wonder!! (brings economy right back up to Outstanding+1 :) )

Diplomacy:

To all nations around us (excluding Poland, see below OOC):

We would like to open up two trade routes. Who would be willing to open up trade routes with
us?

(OOC: Jason, shouldn’t Poland’s trade route be with Alpine Union, not Austria. It would be kind
of odd for him to profit off of a nation that’s dead. ;) )

To Apline Union
Sweden would glady accept your trade. We have just finished making the harbour bigger in all our major cities.

From Sparta
To Alpine Union

In exchange for fine Alpine beer, Sparta gives you the best of mediterranean wine.

Jason you havent answered any of my questions. Until I get answers some occ and some diplo to NPC I cannot construct my orders

From Persia:
Increase Army x6
Desperate times require desperate measures, and the Persian Emperor dislikes it, but in the end, he relents, and starts creating special Pike troops...
Create new UU: Long Pikes (people with a 2.5 meter pike with barbs on one end, and a block in the other, both for weight and support. Best against horsemen.)
Increase UUs x2

What does it take to get the next age?

DIE MONGRELS DIE!

Nope!

naervod - put it in ur orders.

No dice.

To: Aragon
From: Rome

true, true- however, we all know that you own slaves, and we all know that several lands were rebelling from a while ago- since people generally arnt goign to risk thier lives for nothing, evidence points to the aragonese being harsh and crule- besides harshness and cruelty are going to happen in any slave based society (OOC- real life backs me up on that point)

Nope!

To: Aragon
From: Rome

as a republic, where all are qual, Rome has dispelled that myth of some being better born then others- in finances, yes, some are, but where it counts, all are equal.

that said, it seems that the entire population of Sicilly prefers Rome as the government in charge of it- they were slaves to aragon, and now equals with Rome

Nope!

To"Aragon
From: Rome

the sicillians, as do the vat majority of Romans, and italliots, prefer our gods to forign ones, like amon or christ- it is only natural that they would want to be with thier brethren in such matters

State of the Nation: The War

Ashantia is in great disarray. After the surprise attack on Portugal to counter act the invasion of Kissi caused a great upheaval in old Ashanti. While the strikers demand the Emperor restores friendly relations with the Portuguese, Bambati knows that this impossible. Whether the people knew it or not, relations between Portugal and Ashantia had been declining for hundreds of years. The formation of the common wealth did not help matters one bit.

However, the surprise attack proved quite successful. Ashanti managed to conquer most of the southern Portugal colony. They met no resistance for Portugal’s African army was fighting in Kissi. The fait of the African front rests in the ability of the Ashanti and Kissi’s ability to fight back.

State of the Nation: The Great Poet

The great poet Zahnoff Melenchie has started work on his great novel of the Muscovean invasion. When completed it shall be distributed throughout the common wealth.(OOC this is going to take a while)

after this update, I am thinking about closing this NES. It is too large, and not fun enough to update once a week, don't you guys think so? What do you guys think? In it's wake I will open a new stjnes, with new features, but simple as a normal story nes, and will have a player limit. What do u think?
