Sinhalese vessels are able to make it to an island chain that is even more south then the Maldives. They are barely inhabited, and the people that do are impressed with Ceylon culture and for the most part are not against joining the empire. Contact is stretched, and so the islands must provide its own food, meaning less room for sugar plantations.
The Great Barracks of Breslau is complete in Silesia, beginning a new period of recuperation from the last war. New temples are built throughout the country, boasting of Amonic culture and religion. Many convert to Amonism, and are beginning to feel a loyalty to Iron Face, despite their loss.
Due to the cutting of slavery, Portuguese farmers in the north rise up in revolt. Highly dependent on free labor, the northerners demand that slavery be allowed at least in their lands. Containing nearly a third of the population, the north will not be satisfied with a military garrison. It is expected that many soldiers will desert their posts once they hear this. On the other hand, HIMinism spreads throughout Portugal, but really takes root in Africa.
The Chinese general, Ho Chi-Ni led a strong offensive against the remaining Yangtze defenders, who retreat to the capital. The Chinese have now encircled the capital, and are ready for a full assault come next turn. Meanwhile, having nearly no resistance, a 2,000-man army has marched all the way to the newly connected road, which ended at a Yellow River city. Gaining access to the road and in China Proper, the General Hi Chahow lead the army to the capital, dodging the cities that lay between to avoid casualties. Once at Beijing, they launched a huge attack that finally ended with the city falling the greatest city in the entire world, pillaged. Hearing this and with the added effect that the Chinese army is off fighting a foreign war, many Chinese nobles rise up with their own armies against the Chinese rule, fracturing the north and east. It is expected that when the soldiers hear about this, most will desert their positions in the army and join their local warlord from where they came.

Mali fighters begin to fall back, deciding they would rather fight in the desert where they can use the populations knowledge of oasis and wells, while the Tripolitian army is totally reliant on their supplies. Fighting still happen, three hundred Mali are killed while the Tripolitians suffer only small cavalry losses. Meanwhile, on another front, the Tripolitians easily defeat the small Roman garrison and infiltrate the Egyptian lands.
Casualties: 50 Tripolitians, 300 Mali
Uprisings again in Jerusalem are somehow connected to another nation the insurgents are well armed and trained this time. The oppressing Romans are easily defeated, and the rebellion will soon set up a new government for Judea.
Sumerian armies march into Roman Syria, easily defeating the small Roman garrison that used to belong to the empire. The lands quickly fall, and the Sumerians meet with the Jewish leader of rebellion for talks.
Japanese armies easily smash the demoralized and tired remnants of the Songhoun army, and the capital falls to the victorious armies. Thus concluding the first war for Japan that did not involve a foreign power to aid them. Meanwhile, many cities begin to grow in Japan as more move to the mercantile business as rice farms support the populace from Korea.

A surprise attack again on Silesia! Austrian armies march unchallenged into the recovering nation, conquering many rich southern lands. However, the revitalized Silesian army is able to put a stop before the Austrians are able to capture the capital. With this surprise attack, Austria is in Empire age.

In a heroic march to the south, Siamese troops, though outnumbered five to one break through the Ganges lines and are able to meet up with the mother country. The gap was soon filled with more Ganges troops that are at the borders and are prepared to defend. An attack then led by Siam has met with failure due to the tiredness of the soldiers who walked from the south and fought from the north Elsewhere, the Siamese land a full force upon the remaining Singapore Island destroying the last of the army and taking the King into captivity.

Portuguese try many tactics this time. With a small push of nearly a hundred men, the Portuguese captured much of the land north by striking from Iron Face itself. Then with a brilliant maneuver, Portuguese general Frederick Charista, a member of the royal family, led a full force of Galician and Burgundian soldiers in the south after evacuated their previous strike, and then a smaller one in the north. This was a great move, enabling them to surround the small Roman guard that was in the north. In Venice, the rest of the force landed and pursued the smaller Roman forces in the valleys of northern Rome. There were hardly any Romans in any of these battles, usually consisting of nearly three groups of two hundred or three hundred men on each front. Through a great use of valor and pride, the Romans are able to put up a fight.

The Grand Mannerheim Palace is complete in Fennia, bringing the culture of this nation closer to the strongest in the world.
Somali forces retreat in Ruwenzori, allowing the Ruwenzori to gain land and believe they are winning. When the Somali forces begin to launch full attacks at night their spirits are slashed again. Desperate to get away from the night riders, the Ruwenzori retreat to walled villages and the capital. Tanzanian capital is surrounded.

Burkina finally surrenders to Aragon.
The other Indian nations are considering joining the Ganges in aiding against the Siamese.
