OOC: I assume I get 1000 soldeirs for each 'Hanita' Infantry, like regular Infantry?
Organizing the Army
For years now the Entiran army was un oranized and made out of volunteers who had almost no training at all. This ancient army was small and used to be enough for the small city of Entira. Today it is no longer enough. The Forum togheter with the King have agreed that reformation of the army must be done. And so with the new technology of Bronze making the beginning of a new organized army begun to show up.
The Entiran 'Hanita' have became the new Infantry line of Entira.
Each man holds a 5 meters bronze spear called 'Hanit'. Each man also wears a yellow cloth wich is tick to stop arrows. On the other hand the 'Hanita' holds a round medium bronze shield called 'Magen Agol'. The men are organized into groups of 1000 men. Each 1000 men organize into 5 lines and in each line there are 200 men. The men move the 'Hanit' forward and the men behind them move it forward a bit up and so on to the 5 line this way a wall of 'Hanitot' is created wich no one can break. Each men also wears a short bronze sword if he needs to find in hand-to-hand battle.
On the shield the sign of Entira is shown, the Kandero Star.

Across the Sea and further!
"Set sail! Were going to new land today!"
Those were the words of captain Galius Arkedius when the ships left Entira to go to new colonies in the east. It was called by him "Going back Home" but everyone knew the new expedition won't be to their old homes, as their old homes had no coasts to this sea, the Kadi sea (Mediterian sea).
As the ships sailed southward the fleet reached one of the new growing ports. In this port called Naples already a beautifull city was built in the last 20 years. After Entira took the territory many of the people who lived here befor the Entirans, they were called Latins and other several smaller tribe, and also several communities of Greeks. From this port the navy cotninue east going to Greece and from Greece the ships continued far itno the east to settle new colonies and lands. Cyrpus was one of the major new colonies wich the fleet aimed at reaching. Cyprus already had a tiny Entiran settlement that was created when it was discovered. Now the new people and men came to claim it to be part of Entira. Other than Cyprus, from Greece, parts of the fleet moved northward into area called "Anatolia" be the greeks.
On another place Entiran ships sailed to Cyrene. A new colony on the continent that was called by the Entirans "Egyptus". It was called by this name on the name of the ancient people from Akkadian mythology, the Egyptians, that lived in this continent and were masters of chariots and great monuments. (OOC: Historicaly, the Pyramids were built a long time ago) In this continent Cyrene became a port for the Entirans to trade with Numidian and Beduin tribes on the continent and any other ships that stopped in the ports from time to time to trade. Rumors of other countries in the area became a daily news in this ports.
On another side of the Kadi sea the colony of Carthage, or in some other accents, Carthago, was a new colony the Entirans created. A tiny port mostly unused but some said it will one day become very important, when trade will start moving trought this area. North to Carthage on the island of Sicily, so said by the people who already lived there. Sicily, Carthage and Naples provinces of Entira were unimportant as of now, but the Entirans kenw that most likly people live from both sides of this straights and so contorlling them would proove usefull in the near future for trade and taxes.
And ofcourse the wierdest colony, so said by many Entirans. Genua. This tiny port-village was created by 10 (!) Entirans who looked for trade in Gaul territories. Near Entira itself Aquila was built from the amounts of people who come to live in Entira and from new Entirans being borned. And the last colony was Corsicii.
In the middle of the sea several ships that moved reported about a tiny island chain that wasn't populated. In another report from ships it was reported that several pirate tribes settled the Island and begun pirating Entirans trade lines. In answer to this Entira sent most of it's navy and much miliatery to destory this pirate island and bring new civilians into the island, taking the pirates as slaves to Entira.

Iskandar sat under the tree as his followers spent their time hunting. The river flowed slowly in front of him, the sound of flowing water strangely calming. Originally a minor warlord from the province of Acheh, he fled the invading Sri Lankan forces and has done so since. What he wanted was somewhere to begin something new. But where to start? He wasn't an experienced ruler, sure, he had his share of fights and logistics back in Acheh. But administration? No. Perhaps he will try. Would it be too difficult?
Suddenly, his thoughts were distracted. A mousedeer ran out of the jungle nearby towards the river. The barking of dogs could be clearly heard behind it while the horns of Iskandar's followers blew their trumpet call. The hunt was on. Soon, it seemed obvious that the mousedeer was trapped. Betweenthe river in front and hunting dogs behind, the small animal decided on the latter. Never had Iskandar seen such a small animal show such defiance. The fight went on and as Iskandar and the courtiers watched, entranced by the scene, the mousedeer mule-kicked the dogs one by one into the river.
And inspiration struck.
This was where he would start a new nation. Like the mousedeer, he was seemingly weak. But inside, he knew that he had the strength to bring a nation to glory. And hence, started Kesultanan Melayu Melaka, named after the tree he sat under on that enlightening day.

Issac was too young to remember the Great Trek that had brought his people to their homeland. Nonetheless, he had heard the story countless times. He heard of the many hardships suffered by his people. Many of those difficulties could have been avoided, the tales said. If only the Mitanni had allowed us to pass through their nation on the way to ours, his father, Abraham, had said. Our trail of tears would have been halved.
Issac had also heard, from other less reputable sources, that the Mitanni had planned to attack and enslave the Israelites if they had tried to skirt around Mitanni borders on their way to the Promised Land. It was a chilling assertion that further served to underline the perfidity of the Mitanni rulers. The people, being led by idolatrous leaders, did not know the ways of righteousness, having never seen any.
But Issac vowed that this would change. Being the son of the Great Patriarch had its advantages. He had been sent with several thousand men to the Mitanni border when his father had feared an attack from them. His vision from above, that led him to instruct the men into a formation that was extremely successful, had made him well-reknowned in the land. And now he was the General of all the Israelite forces, exacting retribution upon the profane Mitanni.
One day, he hoped that the Mitanni people could be productive citizens of the Kingdom. He would be King soon, and he would ensure that they weren't made to bear the burden of their own King's mistakes. Destiny had instructed that the seed of Abraham would spread to all corners of the earth, and one cannot deny destiny.
But enough of this idle daydreaming. It was time to lead his troops into glorious battle once more, to avenge the sufferings of his people. As he exited his tent, the sight of his men gearing up for battle warmed his heart.
It would be a good day for battle.
