Over a 3 turn span the Iriqoi will pay in Economies 1 to incas 1 to aztecs 2 to Italy and 1 to Seminoles (for bringing them into war)

King Clovis IV Dieran sat at his impressively large oak desk. 10 meters to the front of his desk his most trusted advisor, Knud Magnussen, had just entered the room. The Royal Praetorian Guards that guarded the entrance to the King´s study knew that Mr. Magnussen was expected and therefore let him in without any trouble.
"Good Evening your highness." said Knud and bowed deeply just infront of the door.
"Good Evening my old friend." the King said with a smile. "Please skip the formalities and come forward, take a seat."
Magnussen bowed yet again and took one of the visitors seats infron of the King´s desk.
"My King, what is it you wish to discuss?" asked the advisor.
"Most pressing matters I´m afraid" answered the King. "I think it is time to enlarge our armed forces to a more respectable size."
"My thoughts exactly your highness, I was thinking in the lines of a total of around 2.000.000 men, 30 Artillery Regiments and 1500 ships. But we should not forget the new weapon."
"Aircraft." the King ended his advisors sentence.
"It will be the weapon of the future. Surely it would be wise to continue our research and also manufacture such machines and train pilots."
"Yes, arrange the necessary orders. Furthermore, how do you plan to solve the need of new officers for the army and navy when they grove?"
"May I suggest your highness orders the building of a new Grand Military Academy?"
"Sounds wise. Arrange it. That would be all Mr Magnussen."
"Certainly milord."
The advisor bowed, returned to the entrance of the study, bowed again and exited the room. Knud Magnussen didn´t even care to cast a glance on the guards he passed on the way out as he was too excited about the King´s orders he was about to carry out. Finally the military would grove to an acceptable level. Hopefully this would bring some much needed proudness and patriotism to Denmark´s citizens, it had to.
