I actually put you in the North as Babylon was founded in a differnt spot than in OTL. your the peach nation, andis the blue. Red's an NPC. Ill be doing NPC stats after school.

External threats changes the people
Around 1100bc the people of Tharia faced the greatest threat to their way of life since the founding milennia before. Not even the regular floodings of the Indus or the power of Mumbai and Guntra had ever been such a threat to the peace-loving people of Mojenho-Daro.
Barbarians from across the western mountains had started to roam into the area claimed by the city extorting them for food and gold in order to leave them alone. As these incursions became ever more common the Priest-King of Mojenho-Daro sent emissaries north along the Indus River to Guntra who had a large and powerful army. The people of Guntra had always faced the brunt of the attacks and as a result were battle-hardened and more than capable of defending themselves. Even so, the manpower needed to keep the barbarians away saw a decline in their population as men died in battle, villages were overrun and farmers unwilling to work away from the security of the army. With little food being produced and young, healthy men and women being slain or captured as slaves it was a culture in decline.
To this nation Mojenho-Daro sent aid. From ancient tablets we know they offered a union against the barbarian onslaught as the two states together would be strong enough to survive. It was a wise move. One nation had the food and the growing population whilst the other had the troops needed. It is likely that the Priest-King of Mojenho-Daro wanted to raise his own forces and indeed evidence proves that he did increase the standing forces. Whether it was because it was needed against the barbarians or if it was out of fear of being absorbed into Guntra is not known today.
The people of Mojenho-Daro was not pleased about the increase in soldiers as it meant a higher burden on them though increased taxes to support the troops, but through a series of divinations from the Priest-King the people saw that it was the will of the Gods. Modern scientists are not questioning this though. Despite what the sources from that age say, it is muh more likely that the people saw the need for protection against the threat from beyond the mountains. Having to choose between paying barbarians and risking to be killed or to pay the Priest-King and have someone defend them, there can be little doubt as to what the people would choose.
This was the first real military in the history of the nation and it would change them forever.

History did change, Aenas the Hero of the Romans in the True World never went to Rome. Instead, he had stayed in Carthage and married Dido founding a dynasty that would later eventually die out. Who knew what life would have been but all was shattered in the year 1099 BC.
Hialcha Barca waltzed into power in Carthage with a shrewd manipulation of bribery, blackmail and marriage. With his position as Lord Admiral and support of the Priests he declared the Kingdom of Carthage and was crowned King beginning the Barca Dynasty of Carthage. However, resistance of course took time to gather around a clear pole as news spread slowly.
Most people of Carthage accepted the news with a shrug and went back to their lives for as long as their lifestyle and religion didnt change they would care less about who ruled. The inhabitants of Sardinia however were much more vocal. They denounced the Monarchy and its ideals as it went against Rule by the People. It all changed, on a stormy night as the huge letters H and B appeared in the Night Sky. Said to be a divine sign from Baal of his favor of Hialcha Barca.

It was the First Imperial Alexandrine Panda Fleet leaving the Trans-dimensional portal off the orbit of Mars and approaching Earth. By the order of the Alexandrine Imperator Xion-Tui as ITNES had been put on hiatus by the God Das the Cominterns of the Empire was dispatched to stMjmnes to conquer it in the name of the Empire.
On board the Flagship, the Super Star Destroyer China Commander Tu Xing leans over a display panel. The Penguins seem to have a presence in Champa. However the polar bears, Insane Pandas, Sea Otters, and Walruses seem to be no where present. Though there are huge underground activity we do not believe them to be a threat.
Now he gets out a laser pointer and points to a map of the world. We will be landing near in Carthage where the vassal nation of Carthage is willing to obey the Great Empire of the Alexandrines and from there we shall conquer Europe and the Middle East. The Penguin Kingdom in Champa is as weak as an insect and an orbital bombardment of their artic facilities should be enough to ruin their hopes of domination. Ironic isnt it? Carthage was the base of Polar Bear Activity in ITNES, and now we shall be the ones to run Carthage
The transports landed throughout Europe and the Middle East however there were disturbing reports coming in. A message arrives and Tu Xing activates it: Sir, my squad is being overunned by thousands if not tens of thousands of small furry animals armed with primitive bazookas. We are barely holding out against them, we request immediately back up.
