I seem to read that that particular amendment was for establishing different ballots for the Presidential office and the VP. That's what Encarta says, anyway.

They lost the war before, and such humiliation will not go well. What they want is for our new States to stay as a servant to this island overseas: to be manipulated at will and to cower in fear when a whip is held.

We must unite against the British Menace, and contact France about the situation, asking for aid or perhaps a discount on the louisianna land. We also need to watch our southern territories and along the missippi reiver, I fear a British sneak attack there and on DC as well. The french navy would be useful in preventing a sneak attack

- The Maple Leaf Act has been passed to encourage harvest and trade of any goods that are able to be extracted from the pine forests within our borders.
- Taxes have been substantially raised to give way to higher income. However, Governor Benson assures the public in a press conference last week that this income will be used to fight the ongoing wars against Britain and increase matters of the civilians. Suspicious were raised when Benson immediately used half of this new income to increase Internal Securities. But these taxes have been said to increase state income by $5,000 dollars altogether, raising it to $11,000. Despite all this, New Hampshire still lags as one of the poorer states.
- Slave trade has been tremendously encouraged by Bensons life-changing incident at the northern borders in the skirmishes with Britain. It was said that his life was saved by a personal slave that had been with him through his entire life. He proposed immediately to promote slavery in New Hampshire. The assembly and senate passed.
- Many an expense was caused by an increase in Military Force to garrison New Hampshire from the oncoming British invasion. Two battalions have been started.

We were only recently informed that due to accident one of our merchant ships has entered Canadian waters, and before even TRYING to inform us of that incident, you declared war! It is obvious to me that this means that you do want war, to subdue our brave and freedom-loving people - otherwise you would have tried to understand what happened. And war is what you will get.

We believe that we must contact France and ask it to cancel the negotiations in Amiens. *secret*Perhaps we could ask them to invade England itself? In that case we should propose and help execute the following plan - most of the French and the united American fleets will meet up in the Bermudas, and hopefully will distract the British there. Meanwhile the core of the French army will invade Great Britain itself while the fleet is away! This would draw the British attention away from Canada, and if that invasion is succesful, will bring the Prideful Albinion to its knees!*secret*

After 5 years of seperation the states of South and North Carolina have united. The state is now just simpoly good old Carolina. Govenor McInley has stated that the following reunion will bring Carolinans many benefits including increased say in the way the Union is run as well as that of a larger economy.
