Actually it's normally Oriental Republic of Uruguay (according to Wikipedia)- which also sounds less cheesy.

The English are language pirates. When I was in Japan in an English class, they couldn't understand why etiquette didn't follow English rules. I said it was because it was a French word. They were so confused.

They have an alphabet for loaned words, but they still follow each letter to the dot. No exceptions. Name is Na-me. Origami is o-ri-ga-mi. McDonalds is Mak-ku-do-na-re-do

Apart from lowering the isEmpire threshold to 5 I've modified the DCN conditions of China, Greece, and Persia extensively so that their various DCNs have better and more equal chances of appearing.
These edits have been focused on the Ancient and Classical eras. I can look more into the Medieval/Renaissance civs if you wish.

I couldn't find the dynamic names xml file for Mexico. Is it in the RFC Dawn of Civilization/Assets/XML/Text along with the others?
Also, some suggestions for France:
1. Andean France should be changed to French Andes or French Peru. The current wording implies that France is a vassal of the Incas.
2. Same thing for Mesoamerican France. It should be changed to French Mexico.
3. For Mexico itself as a vassal to France: Second Mexican Empire, the polity notoriously run by none other than Maximilian I himself!
