the 7 dots represent Earth.
the ellipse in the 2nd image is the Incan creator. Notice its 'duality' and its relation to the 9 objects in two groups of 5 and 4. The sun and moon are on either side so that makes 12 (or 13 given the creator's duality). The Toltec cosmos spoke of 9 Lords of the night and Heaven as 13 layers with their creator occupying 2 levels, we see the duality again - a heaven with 12 members with one claiming 2 levels as home.
From Utah, the top scene tells a celestial story... The hunter below and to the right is stalking the horned deity 4th from the left and 5th from the right. Recall the Inca cosmos - the creator separated (or joined) a group of 4 with a group of 5... They're talking about our solar system. The planets are divided into 2 groups with 4 inner planets and 5 outer planets separated by an asteroid belt.
I read an African story claiming creation took 4 days and a 5th day was devoted to praising the creator's work, much like the Genesis account in the Bible. But they differ on the number of days. Genesis says it took 6 days with a 7th of 'rest' and praise...
Both of these creation stories appear in both images from Peru and Utah. The days are not days, but planets. In the Utah image the hunter approaches the horned deity but is separated by 5 'sheep'. That makes the prey the 6th planet/day/sheep. What becomes of the horned deity upon being slayed by the hunter? Judging by the Incan cosmos, it joined the 3 to its left in the Utah image making 4 inner planets and 5 outer planets.
So here come the Sumerians... Well, the Babylonians will be our storytellers... The Enuma Elish, the Babylonian Epic of Creation recited and "re-enacted" during the annual 12 day Akitu (new year) festival.
"When on high the heaven had not been named,
Firm ground below had not been called by name,
When primordial Apsu, their begetter,
And Mummu-Tiamat, she who bore them all,
Their waters mingled as a single body,
No reed hut had sprung forth, no marshland had appeared,
None of the gods had been brought into being,
And none bore a name, and no destinies determined--
Then it was that the gods were formed in the midst of heaven.
Lahmu and Lahamu were brought forth, by name they were called. (10)
Before they had grown in age and stature,
Anshar and Kishar were formed, surpassing the others.
Long were the days, then there came forth.....
Anu was their heir, of his fathers the rival;
Yes, Anshar's first-born, Anu, was his equal.
Anu begot in his image Nudimmud.
This Nudimmud was of his fathers the master;
Of broad wisdom, understanding, mighty in strength,
Mightier by far than his grandfather, Anshar.
He had no rival among the gods, his brothers. (20)
Thus were established and were... the great gods."
Apsu (sun), Mummu (his companion Mercury) and Tiamat (watery dragon, proto-Earth) are joined by a pair of gods in their midst - Lahmu and Lahamu (Venus and Mars). Time goes on and another pair surpassing them in stature appear, Kishar and Anshar (Jupiter and Saturn) followed by their son Anu (Uranus) and his son Nudimmud/Ea (Neptune). Thats 9 players in our celestial tale of creation...
So we have the sun, Mercury, and Tiamat with Venus and Mars born in their midst. That makes Tiamat the 4th planet from the sun with 4 more beyond her. Where is the 5th? On the 3rd tablet we learn Anshar (Saturn) sent his emissary Gaga to inform the other gods about Tiamat, could this Gaga be Pluto? Yes, Pluto and Saturn share a mathematical relationship. Nevertheless, the ancient cosmologies identify a 5th outer planet/sheep/day they found relevant to the story of creation.
According to the story Nudimmud/Ea/Neptune acquired Apsu's power to bring forth gods and he did, Marduk was brought forth from beyond Neptune.
"In the chamber of fates, the abode of destinies,
A god was engendered, most able and wisest of gods. (80)
In the heart of Apsu was Marduk created,
In the heart of holy Apsu was Marduk created.
He who begot him was Ea, his father;
She who bore him was Damkina, his mother.
The breast of goddesses he did suck.
The nurse that nursed him filled him with awesomeness.
Alluring was his figure, sparkling the lift of his eyes.
Lordly was his gait, commanding from of old.
When Ea saw him, the father who begot him,
He exulted and glowed, his heart filled with gladness. (90)
He rendered him perfect and endowed him with a double godhead. Greatly exalted was he above them, exceeding throughout. Perfect were his members beyond comprehension,
Unsuited for understanding, difficult to perceive.
Four were his eyes, four were his ears;
When he moved his lips, fire blazed forth.
Large were all four hearing organs,
And the eyes, in like number, scanned all things.
He was the loftiest of the gods, surpassing was his stature;
His members were enormous, he was exceeding tall. (100)
"My little son, my little son!"
My son, the Sun! Sun of the heavens!"
Clothed with the halo of ten gods, he was strong to the utmost,"
Marduk was granted a double godhead - there's the duality of the creator again, Marduk occupies two orbits and he was clothed with the halo of 10 gods. Sun, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Tiamat (proto-Earth), Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Marduk. The story would later add Gaga (Pluto) and Kingu (Moon) while replacing the carcass of Tiamat with Heaven and Earth.
