Summer beard contest!

Like the title says, let's all attempt to grow beards over the summer holidays, compare and contrast, post photos and discuss all aspects of facial hair!

If you feel like it, post photo updates of your beard every so often!

At the end of the summer, we can all vote on who has the greatest beard.

Last time I grew a beard during the summer, I ended up with a lack of tan under the beard after I shaved it, not a look I'm eager to repeat.

I'll start a new thread for my winter beard contest, at least then I get a goggle-tan to go with the beard tan.

I go for the winter beard too. It really makes a difference up here. I usually shave it all off in the spring though.

YOu are insane, non. I grow a yearly beard, but it is only during the winter. I could not abide my fur face coat during the summer months. Do it over the winter months and I'll be happy to participate. Be warned, I'll spank most of you here. I've been able to grow a full beard since 7th grade.

heh. I already shaved mine off. But I remember it getting to the point where I had to use lotion to make it inch less. Twas a nice face guard, for sure. Also? If you want to do it, I'm not even sure it'll happen again. I'm planning on working next semester unfortunately.. x-x. My semester breads just ain't too professional. They're too.. cave man like.

I had a winter beard and then I shaved it off and for a few days my face was cold where the beard was. Summer beards are just stupid.

The first time I grew a beard over the summer, then went back to uni, it was lovingly fondled (by a gal I had the hots for) with the words, that's really coo-oo--oo-l.

Each redundant dipthong was accompanied by a fresh stroke...

I never shaved it off since.

Alas, she was with someone else, and I never got to explain.

Don't see her these days, except occasionally on the TV.

So my advice is to keep this to a photo competition, and leave out the lifetime of regret overtones......

Why not? I sure as hell do, because I don't need to look smart or anything.

Plus, it gives the chicas something to look forwards to when I return to uni ^^
