Yea the pitboss CPU was doing some kind of update. If that ever happens please post in this thread so I know. Otherwise I wont notice since I'm not actually playing the game just admin'ng the pitboss.

I re-started from the last autosave (3480BC) re-connected the uploader. Should be fine now, but a couple of people may have to redo thier turn.

I am looking at the Hamachi window right now. You are not connected to Hamachi, so you can not connect to the Hamachi Pitboss

Well when there is no use for me I can connect to your games, but when there is a use for me I can't. Go figure. Mind restarting? I think I'm going to give up number #1. I just have such a crummy start. It should be AI now. If you don't mid restarting I'll take K Khan of Persia.

Are you saying that you have tried and succesfully connected to the above game? If you can connect, maybe wait until the slots are filled. If there is an open slot you can just takeit. Somebody always changes their mind. Also, if all the slots are filled then maybe some people can double up on some teams. That is what is done sometimes in games like this so that Civs don't have to get changed to AI when one player is out of town... or when one player wants to drop out because of a sub-optimal start, bad luck, RL issues etc.

But most importantly, can you connect to this game or no?

Yes I connected to the new one that just started. and I don't mind teaming with someone else to play when they're not available. Or I wouldn't mind lurking if people didn't mind giving me their passwords if I promised not to give anything away of move anything. Either is fine.

Awesome So the game is working!. I cannot even begin to explain what a pain-in-the-you-know what getting a second game started on the same slow @$$ed' CPU was.

Yea, I think anyone else who wants to join just needs to team-up. It was so finicky just getting this to work. I don't want to mess around with trying to start a new one.

So far the teams which have not taken their turn are:

Yeah, I had to move my settler too, and I very well may have to move it again. There was no food at my start.

Since this is a learning game I am playing this open forum style. I have created a spoiler thread for this game were I will show what decisions I'm making and try to explain why. You can read it here. This thread is on CDZ.com. while you are there you can always do counter espionage and look through their spoiler threads (although nabaxo can't look at BCLG100's and Robi_D's MTDG Warmup spoilers).

EDIT: This is for the second Team Pitboss game. The first one was advertised as competitive so no spoilers.

Somebody should PM them to let them know it is time for them to play. remake20, now might be a good time to contact these guys to see if one of them wants to share turnplaying responsibility with you. IlBrago has Kublai Khan... IIRC you said you wanted to play with Kublai Khan.

If neither one of them plays their turn soon I will set the teams as AI so that the game can continue, and they can just take over whenever they get around to it... Or another AMAZON can take over for them
