    CivRulez07 suggested that that tech list in post #1 might simply be analogous to the one in the MOO2 manual. (For instance, TECH_COMP_2 might them be identified as Artificial Intelligence.) Sounds very plausible, so I'll check the rest of the list ASAP.

    here's what i got done with the XML (CivFanatics doesn't support XML files, so i put it in a zipped folder). just extract the file, then rename the file as "FinalFrontierTextInfosPedia.xml" and replace the original "FinalFrontierTextInfosPedia.xml" file with the new one.
