Term 3 Provincial Congress.

Get a grip Epi. The little "bastards" you're talking about aren't real, they're bits and pieces of data. And who says this isn't to be changed in the future? I doubt this would have even been in a week ago, it needed refining and that was exactly what was done, and a good job at that. The only one blocking the passage of this is you

Actually, the only thing blocking passage of this is my work Schedule.

And on the division of the Northern Lands into 2 Sectors, in the Term 2 Provincial Congress, I had a proposal which had 3 Provinces, but mentioned that I would propose further Divisions later, once my plan passed. Since it did not pass, I probably had it in the back of my mind to draw what I thought would be the boundaries of future provinces should we take the entire continent. (Unlikely, true.)

As for the boundaries themselves, I based them on present city location (since at this point I don't expect any Razings) and Natural Boundaries. The original Northern Boundary for Kitakinu was the Zimbabwe River between Mpondo and Tugela. Note also that I keep the entire Viro Desert in Kitakinu and the whole of the Jungle near Duckburg in Edo.

Come to think of it... Zulu-France DOES seem a bit large. I mean 15 cities... I have come up with a solution, but I'd want to get THIS Provincial Redraw out of the way...

Perhaps we should proceed with only the Eastern Portion (Hai Rando, Edo, and Triba), and leave Kitakinu (and Edo) and the Nothern Territories for later. We are about halfway through this term, so we should be getting the New Potential Province we DO have established. Unless the Zulu (or the French) get unfriendly with us, we should have the Luxury of time for the North...

Thank you.

If this is going to be changed before its used, then there is absolutely no point in doing it. And if not, that poor bastard would not only be real, it could be you doing 15 queues for horribly corrupt cities.

If not me then who else?

Actually, under the law, it'd be the Governor of Kitakinu who would do 14 queues for Horribly corrupt cities in addition to the 9-10 cities in the "main" Province. (Edo would get Ulundi until the New Province would take effect.)

Anyway, here is my new idea.

As the Border between Parisian and North was due to a large bit of space between Settlements, so the border between North and Zulu is a straight line that has the coincidence of general Nationality. (I say General because Zulu has Avignon and Nothern has 2 Zulu Cities and the lone Roman City.)

Now, this would give Zulu Sector only 6 Cities. So I wish to have Mpondo "moved" out of Kitakinu and into Zulu for a total of 7. Which means I need Governor Bentley's Permission before proceding with this half.

But I can still proceed with the Southern Half...

Seems good, though I'd still like to not make it official until at least next term, in case anything changes.

Truely... After all, Territories can be shifted at will, but do not become full "Provinces" until at least 3 Cities (or 50% of the tiles) are under Japatanican control.

I'll set up at least one poll tommorow. Finally, I can get this done!
