The captured city of Izibia has been added to the Southwest Province. Not since the ancient Aztecs have we had foreigners residing in this province!

Just a dumb question but when did we start adding cities to provinces without asking the domestic department first. Also id like to see ducts, markets and a bank in your highest productive city

When we defined the Southwest province.

Here is a map of the Southwest Province. It clearly shows Izibia within the borders of this province. This is an example of something working the way we meant it to work. We defined the province ahead of time so that when foreign cities became our property we would know who the governor was.

Any more dumb questions?

Bremershaven already has an aqueduct. I'd like to see all these improvements there myself but someone has to build the military units we need to keep us from getting pounded by other countries.

I have suggested that we reduce the garrisons of Civanatoria, New Falcon's Nest and Pensacola to one unit each. This will free up three units that could be upgraded and used to start building our Eastern Wall.

I have decided to run for President which means I cannot run for re-election as governor of this fine province. I will miss this job but I do long for my home in Palanthus. I have nominated our Deputy Governor for the governorship and General Falcon himself has expressed interest in it. I am sure either would make a fine governor.
