With the signing of the Treaty of Bern, we in the United States will soon begin the long process of national reconstruction. We ask for assistance in repairing and upgrading our infrastructure, particularly our Agricultural and Energy networks. The benefits of lower energy and food prices would be a needing boost to all of our economies and the world economy as a whole. Let us lead the way.

To the United (socialist) states of America,

We are hesitant to act before a formal peace is agreed to by all parties involved. If this can be achieved, we will gladly help our brothers and sisters in the west rebuild.

Our covert war (which, for all intents and purposes, at this point is no longer covert) must end. I believe that the current status quo that is existing in Peru (that is, the capitalist firms being able to freely use Peru's resource and trade with them, while the socialists can still...freely express their ideas), for the moment, is the best case scenario for all of us. We'll cease sending covert operatives to Peru as long as you do, as well.

While we in the United States and our European neighbors have had our differences, we cannot allow aggressive posturing to exist. We have hundreds of years of history to show what such behaviors ultimately lead to. We in the United States stand with our friends and neighbors in Europe and ask all sides to peacefully negotiate.

Bozena Terranova, Secretary of State, United States of America

I'm not sure how would a state broken by war and devastated overally can have any say in the works of Europe.

We also plan to enact an "Anti-Cash Crops" Law, which stops any excessive export and production of goods like peanuts or cacao, while our people starve.

While Brazil understands the purpose of the law, Brazil speaks for the international community in encouraging against such a move. Destabilising the international markets as this would do will only exacerbate the global food crisis - and by extension, your own food crisis - instead of actually solving it. Brazil encourages Ghana to reconsider.

UK Proposes Formation of a New International Organization

With the chaos of the Second American Civil War and the US-Chinese Trade war, two of the Security Council members in the UN council were forced to withdraw, leaving the UN essentially toothless to combat the growing problems world wide internationally.

To promote international cooperation, uphold human rights, passing global measures to protect the environment, and to provide humanitarian aid and support in case of international disasters and armed conflicts, UK suggests the creation of a formal successor to the United Nations called the Consensus of Nations.

It is hopes of UK that this Consensus of Nations will allow resolution of international disputes without resorting to armed conflicts, enforce and enact international laws, and also help foster international cooperation and trade among the various matters that currently plague our planet.

This also calls for a formation of a new security council to replace the old. UK submits the following as potential candidates for membership into the new Security Council:

Canada
UK
EU
EAS
China
Japan
UAS
ASEAN
India
Brazil
Argentina

Nigeria, AEF, Norway, Sweden, Korea, CASS, and Venezuela:

We believe the UK proposal will only recreate the failures of the past. We cannot have a select few nations policing the globe for the majority, leaving the vast majority of humanity without a voice in global security.

Then perhaps a new security council isn't necessary, and the weight of a nation's voice in the new international governing body be determined by their economic potential and devotion of capitals and assets for enforcing and enacting these laws?

Yes, because that never happened in the old UN. No. USA, before turning into a shadow of itself didn't bully smaller countries around for its goods, neither did China, neither did India...makes you wonder, the UN worked so well, why did WWIII happen?

Even better. Letting the richest nations decide for the poorest.

If there is to be a security council, it should be rotating. Each continent must be represented in that organization, and wealth should play no part. To suggest otherwise is a blatant grab for a dystopian future. If the countries of this world wish to embrace the dystopia, we cannot stop themn, but we are sad that they put personal strength over cooperation and the general advancement of Earth.

The idea of UN is an useless relic from 1945; a worthless relic even before the collapse of USA, it perished completely in the fires of the US-Chinese wars and the chaos in the Middle East. Its unability to do anything will show even more, now.

The mere idea of restoring it is an anachronism in itself, one which I cannot understand why someone's trying to bring it from the dead once more. Those who don't learn from history's lessons...are doomed to repeat them.
