I agree, this LH looks good, but this is not Vercingetorix. The thing that scream "not Vercingetorix" the most is the fact he has a beard.
Also his tattoos look more Germanic than Celtic to me (I don't know why, but they do). It just seems very Germanic in my opinion. Celts were actually not very different from the Romans of their time in terms of dress, in fact a lot of scholars think the Romans borrowed a lot from Celtic culture (this is certainly true when it comes to weaponry and armor). What I would probably want to do for Vercingetorix, now that I have been dragged into this, is use Alexander's cuirass, but remove the shoulder straps. I'd probably throw Pericles' cape/thing over that, reskin it to look more Celtic (either with some type of plaid texture or maybe even just a stripe with a Celtic design on it). I'd probably use Gilgamesh's arms and reskin them to look more Celtic (changing the sleeves to look Celtic, giving him tattoos and making the armbands look bronze with Celtic decoration). I'd probably put a leather strap across the chest too just to make it look a bit different and act as the sword-holder, throw the sword from alexander on the back but make the dragon's head look more Celtic. I'd actually use Bismarck's mustache rather than the one I used on Clovis to it looks a little more wild and messed up, obviously I'd alter it to look "Celtic" in form. I like the idea of using Hannibal as a base, although there might be something to be said for using a different LH (since I also want to avoid Alexander) I'd probably go with someone like Augustus simply because he wears a Cuirass himself and it should be easier to get the animations right, I can just change his face a bit and the fact that Hannibal has no effective forehead due to his helmet so the hair will look better on Augustus....
....damn it, it seems I got myself sucked into this....

EDIT: I would certainly suggest you used that LH as Arminius or even Alaric, but Arminius would be a better option.
