Chukchi Husky
Lone Wolf
I guess I can go there for a visit, because that's all I can do.
I meant to ask, has anyone else noticed (in the 360 version) in Bravil of homeless people lying dead around the place? I've found two. felt well guilty about not giving them a coin. is this normal. do they just die? or is someone killing them? (not me, I swear)
I read that that Xbox 360 has overheating problems if left on too long.kcwong said:@ Chukchi Husky:
Maybe you can push your XBox to the extreme... keep it running through day and night! Then you don't need to save.
That happens to me, and eventually it crashes.steviejay said:I've noticed that after some serious gaming (ie. over ten hours continuous, yes yes, I am a geek) then Oblivion becomes kinda..... jumpy in bits. the load times go up somewhat and it's generally jumpy at certain bits. that could be the same issue we're talking about here.
and the whole small fan blowing onto it is the setup I've got with my PC at the moment. tower open with a fan blowing air into it, for some reason my internal fan just can't cut it atm
Except when I do that, I start from the beginning.kcwong said:When Oblivion is getting jumpy, quit and restart.
steviejay said:heh, when I got the letter about the Thieves Guild I almost forgot about it, and I was dungeon hunting near Anvil and thought "AWW MAN, I've only got 2 hours to get to the Imperial City!!!" :\

kcwong said:Sadly, in Oblivion the guilds don't require skill/stat level to advance in rank.
The tasks in Thieves guild do require you to be stealthy, yes... but you can be at 10 for all magic skills and still be the Archmage.
There're mods out there to fix this one.
