From: The Federation of Japan
To: The Free World
Japan is leaving the free world, we will remain mildly pro-Washington. There has been some recent speculation by the U.S. that there is a traitor in the midst of the free worlds. The Federation has received intelligence on this that it is most likely just Fascist agents planting lies and rumours in the free world. Let it be known that the sole reason for Japan leaving this alliance is that it has not benefited from it. Had Japan not been a participant in handing out foreign aid nor a member of the Wilsonian plan then the current status of Japan would be a lvl. 4 nation.
It is the experience of the current Japanese Prime Minister that his country is not taken seriously and expected to be evened out with poorer nations with nothing other in return then a stronger free world.
The wellbeing of the Free World is not the responsibility of Tokyo but of Washington. Without influence, without gain we are leaving this alliance, and Japan expects no threats to itself as she has made a net contribution to her allies in the time she has been a part of the Free World economic systems.
