The "I Got A New Game!" Thread

I boguht Battlefield 2 Complete off of Origin for $5.59 (I'm shocked to find out that Origin charged me 12% HST, none of the other digital retailers charge me tax!) but the rest of the experience was pretty good, I don't ever even need to boot Origin up to play the game and the Project Reality mod works perfectly with it :) (Which is why I bought BF2 in the first place).

I just bought a game I'd never heard of before, called Venetica. I have no idea if it's any good or not. :)
I know Venetica and played also Total War Shogun 2 and Dungeon Siege III and I know Imperial Glory too.
I liked to play them all and looking for Heroes of M&M Part Six coming, Closed Beta is soon over
DS3 campaign was too short lengthed

I just prepurchased Red Orcheastra 2. Looks to be an epic WWII shooter, and I'm rather fond of epic WWII shooters (Battlefield 1942, CoD 2, etc.)

just bought left for dead 2 on steam and holy its an awesome game.

The 1000 post limit for threads only really applies to OT, IIRC

No and then why are you bringing this up now?

On topic: I prepurchased Rock of Ages on Steam for $8.99, its from the same team that made Zeno Clash but its a very different game. You control a large round rock/boulder and run over and destroy the army (and its buildings) attacking your base. Usually I would wait for a sale for a game that sounds so simple, but it has five different art period styles that look pretty cool. Its also less than $10, and they are the only South American developer I know of (Chilean).

I just bought Mount & Blade: Warband after spending tonight playing the M&B demo

Pre-ordered Heroes of Might and Magic 6 and got access to the beta. So far, I'm really liking it. They've made a few changes and I think, for the most part, moved the series in a good direction. There's some issues with sloppy graphics but I assume those'll be fixed up before the release proper.

I got Fallout New Vegas. I have a nasty habit of stealing as much crap as I can to save up money so I can buy cool stuff... so I pick-pocketed the store owner and accidentally punched him after he caught me. Then he drew on me so... yeah. Then I went on a murdering spree because what the heck, why not? I killed 4 or 5 people, but then I died in the night to a giant radscorpion that snuck up on me and I couldn't move when I reloaded the game, so I think I'll start anew tomorrow :p

Got Bastion a few days ago and I've barely been able to stop playing. It is, no exaggeration, one of the best games I've ever played.

I want Bastion really bad, but I promised I wouldn't buy any games until Christmas.
