Do you want to meet my crew? There are multiple species of intelligent life on this vessel. The ones here are not all the species in the Alpha Quadrant as we call it or even, just in the federation.
Now, I am curious, about you not recognizing our star charts at all, Would you like to send some people to help my scientists on the remnants of your vessel? We are trying to figure out what happened or even where you are from. For all I know, your people could be even further stranded than we are... Regardless, I think it would be a good idea. Do you have pressure suits of some sorts that would fit your own species?
If you don't want to be here or help find this information with us, then there is a nice world in the next system. I believe that we are relocating the civilians that were evacuating my homeworld when a half biological, half machine race named the Borg were attacking to that planet. The anomaly happened then and we have been here for about a week.
Regardless, would you and your people be interested in joining the Federation?

EVENT: USS Nightingale

You recieve 5 stasis pods and multiple scans of the beings inside them. They show no health affects, and the pods can be easily changed for human use and replicated. However, many civilians are raising objections to letting the military take over and not let them have a voice... Multiple civvie ships are reporting pre-riot conditions.

EVENT: Fleet

A fleet of twenty ships has dropped out of warp near the Fleet. One ship sends the following transmission:

"This is Admiral White of the Holy Republic Starship Capital's Gem. Identify yourselves and explain your intrusion into Holy Republic space. Only communications from the Admiral of your fleet will be accepted. You have 24 hours."

The remaining journalists have reformed the Federation News Service. They are making desultory reports about the inability of the military to cope, and fearmongering about this Holy Republic.

All Federation vessels, prepare to warp to the following coordinates, on the eventuality that the Republic will become Hostile.

Major Action: Determin possible safe coordinates,and transmit to the fleet. Order a jump/jump myself, the moment the republic fleet initiates hostilities. The Temeraire will remain behind until the last of our vessels has jumped, providing Screening and cover for the less armed Civilian ships.

I didn't ask about disease's. I asked about wounds and injuries. Combat injuries, majour accidents, stuff that the civilian ships might not have the capabilities to treat, but a major medical ship like ourselves might.

The Idea is to place a few at the disposal of the civilian ships. they get a patients that they are not equipped to treat, but must be treated quickly before they die, they can place them in a stasis pod to extend the time we have to respond to their call for help. even if it is only by a few hours. Or to handle a large influx of patients from a major accident, that simply overloads their capacity to deal with.

J'sten to fleet:
It is logical to assign the Empress Hoona to the mission to meet this president Green. In the event the Holy Republic becomes hostile the vessel sent has a low chance of returning to the fleet and the Empress Hoona is the smallest Starfleet vessel present and least able to contribute to the defence of the civilian vessels.
Regardless of which vessel is selected I recommend that any technology the Holy Republic has not developed an equivalent to be removed the vessel and purged from the computer to prevent them analysing the systems and recreating technology that could be traded to our advantage in the future.
In addition I believe we should develop additional defensive systems for the fleet. With the likely fall of the Federation and our current position outside of the Milky Way I contend that we are no longer bound by the Treaty of Algeron and should begin development of a cloaking device at the earliest opportunity.

Major orders:
Examine sensor logs of Holy Republic ships for evidence of replicators, transporters, holo-emitters, high yield torpedoes and other technologies.

Minor orders:
Identify crew members from races known to use cloaking devices and find out what they know of the details of the technology.

It's the same thing. Blood flow is stopped, so it depends on how much blood flow factors into the equation.

You find technology roughly equivalent to that of the Federation. No quantum torpedoes or holo emitters, though.

That being said, we have 2 Romulan Ambassadors on-board, who have extensive knowledge of cloaking systems. their implementation, and their work-arounds. We will ask if they will take counsel with the Captains [and any civilian representatives that are elected] on the Temeraire.

Minor action: Attempt to convince the Ambassadors to speak with the Council of Captains, as it were.

OOC: Tambien, do you want to control them as NPCs, or should I just spearhead the work into cloaking with them? Obviously I'll get the Captain Council's agreement first.
