The old saying is that the way to learn how to write is to write. You just have to dive in and do a lot of it. In the US, many local areas have adult education that for little money allows you to take simple night classes. See if something like that is available in your area. There are also a lot of places on the net where you do writing and people give you feedback. But ultimately you just have to dive in and do a lot of it.
