The Mod of Modness

Fairfair. Show off. ;P
I really can't do other languages. Have fun studying! =D

New Pa~atch!
I also merged the first 3 patches into one file.

Okay.
1. Download the torrent file from the OP (if you know how to use torrents)(it's in a .zip). If not, use the atomicgamer.com download (2nd direct download in the OP).
2. Use winRAR to open the .rar file.
3. Extract the file (entitled The Mod of Modness) into ...\Conquests\Scenarios in the CivIII program files.
4. Download the file 'The Mod of Modness.zip' from the OP and put the .biq file into ...Conquests\Scenarios
5. Download the patch zips from the OP and copy and paste the contents into ...\Conquests\Scenarios\The Mod of Modness, merging the folders.
6. When it asks if you want to replace the old files, you say yes.
7. Play!

If you get lost anywhere along the way, don't hesitate to ask.

Hm... That is odd. Truth be told, I didn't set up the atomicgamer download, and I don't know how to fix it.
Maybe it would be better to use the torrent file.

Okay cool. Tell me if you encounter any other difficulties.
Thanks for downloading. =D

Well you can download LHs from the Graphics section here, and ofc from the downloads database.
And since I can't be bothered to write the whole thing, here's a thread explaining - http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=94754

Thanks for playing. =D

alrighty, thanks.

i think your mod is really good, and the only mod so far i know i will play often. I thought the units were a bit akward, since in the early ancient age, you could get a hold of some strong units with 4 attack, while others run around with cavemen (which is my favorite unit :) ) I thought the tech trees were a bit hard to follow, but there really isnt any other way to organize such an abundance of techs. I thought the visuals were real nice, with the leaderheads, the terrain changes, the tech icons, and resources, though some had different styles from eachother, i thought it was cool to have so many.

I really give you a thumbs up for the hard work you did, it turned out nicely, and inspired me to maybe make my own mod later on.

Cool! Thanks! =D

If you encounter any bugs or errors, don't hesitate to say. Also, if you want to, please post screenshots. Thanks for playing!

Hey, sorry if this is a noobish question but where is the BIQ File?

In a zip in the OP. 'The Mod of Modness.zip'

In a zip in the OP. 'The Mod of Modness.zip'

Eh, i got it through torrent, it downloaded The Mod of Modness v2, all the folders i see is the Art and Text..

Btw, Didn't know you were online! XD

EDIT: Or if you don't know what i'm talking about then how about posting a link just for the BIQ file?

EDIT 2: Nvm! I Got it! I Didn't notice it was lying there under the first page/first post XD.

I Will comment on how good it is tommorow. :)

Tested and played for a while with the Zulu, Its Great!

Though i have a suggestion and a question.

Why is the Riot Police needing the Tech Hippies?

Oh, and for " Shaka Millatary Reforms" , Probably replace the Transport Capacity Changing into Spawning a Impi every 15 turns. :crazyeye:

I decided to have Riot Police in there, but I needed a tech to put it in. That was the only vaguely relevant one, Riot Police being used to counter protests or whatever. It's poor placement, but I didn't have space for a new tech. ;)

And okay, that seems reasonable enough. That'll probably be changed in a future patch then.

Ask and you shall recieve!
Or don't ask, and you'll still recieve!
Either way, new patch! ;)
