Korea recommends that if Hawai'i is taking its protest seriously, it should also embargo all nations in the affirmative.

Korea responds to Hawai'i's embargo by banning anything flying the Hawai'i'an flag from its 60KM Naval Exclusion Zone.
Korea creates a 60KM Airspace Exclusion Zone(Void only where it overlays land officially recognized as under the control of another nation) & subsequently bans any Hawai'i'an aircraft, military or civilian, from the Zone barring emergency.

Korea invites all Hawai'i'an traders who wish to trade regardless of the embargo to fly the flag of Oz, & to put on a fake mustache. Even if they're female or already have a mustache.

Actually I grade resolutions whenever convenient - i.e. I find the time to count the votes - but usually wait until coups and everything are done first.

Sometimes votes change, granted, but if the change is big enough I'll alter its status.
