Notice: Any Comintern ships or planes spotted within 10 miles of Kongo land will be shot down. Any Angolan, Oz, Korean, or one of their clients citizen's in Kongo without permission will be in definently detained. No communications from any of these nations will be accepted directly by Kongo. All embassies of the aforementioned powers are to pack up and be gone within the next 48 hours.

Failure to comply will be considered an act of war. Any trade ship heading toward Korea or Oz via the Red Sea will be ordered to turn back. No communications from any of these nations will be accepted directly by the Somali government. All embassies of the aforementioned powers have already been raided and all hard drives, files, etc. have been seized in accordance with the powers granted by the Somalian Security Act. Embassy staff is to be out of the country within 24 hours.

As for the 10 miles thing, that was only on the sea coast. That was why I had the "citizens in Kongo" provision. And no, it's not going on anymore.
Tani, note that Kongo's embargoes are still in effect.

Maybe you will and maybe you won't. The point is, we no longer trust any of the nations with fore-knowledge of the invasion to honour any agreements they might make, and therefore will continue on the assumption that war could break out at any minute, NAP or no NAP.

Well, that was the end of the negotiations to buy Ethiopia.....
Tany asked for embargoes to be declared to work them in this turn I believe.
Also, Somalia will still negotiate the buying of Ethiopia in exchange for allowing Oz to shipping to and fro from Europe through the Red Sea again.
