China has shown no intentions of respecting peace accords in the past, and every intention of nuclear proliferation. Do you all really think that there wouldn't be Chinese tanks rolling through your cities eventually?

No. China is a threat to every soul upon this planet, and must be put down for the sake of the future.

We will not strike first, but if China fires a single nuclear weapon in anger - at ANY target - we will respond with three nuclear missiles.

Sometimes you just have to put the rabid dog down.

China laughs and thinks that Hawaii is coward, and they dont dare to sent a real army to China to fight.

Here's the deal at this point. My using an army against Christos would be doomed to failure. If I do absolutely nothing, however, he will annex the Demon Realm, and India, and then Korea and Siberia.

I have already commited the Air Force, but I was told that China possessed nuclear weapons and chose to take due precautions in building up a deterrent stockpile. Now that China and I unequivocally understand each other, perhaps we can end this war.

Oh, did you think I meant a peace treaty? Sorry, but China has show that it will not respect any treaties it signs. This war can only end two ways - one of our nations will be destroyed. At this point, I don't see another option, since I will never surrender to the Chinese Empire, and they will never accept a peace accord.

One way or another, we aren't both walking away from this.

If another peace negotiation happened, then as a stipulation I would put my nukes on "auto-fire if Christos attacks India/Demon Realm/me/Korea/Siberia/501st/Coruscant/any vassals of the above in any way at all."

If you're prepared to deal with that stipulation and understand I don't make empty threats, then we can talk peace.

But I think China is untrustworthy as hell, and I won't be taken advantage of again.

The Papal States considers in consideration of the context of the dialogue in which Hawai'i's callous intent in regards to nukes was central, that the threats against us posessed an implication of nuclear threat which although not explicitly stated, was nevertheless present. Either way despite ones interpretation, those who have knowledge of what transpired cannot but acknowledge that Hawai' threatened the Papal States because it of all states stood fast in opposition against its evil intent.

And anyway the orders are locked, and if all go well, Mongolia and the DR will be annexed. So the peace will be about the new world, since DR and Mongolia, and maybe India, will be wiped out.

At this point in time, Korea finds it self-evident that Hawai'i's motivations for war are based solely on self-interest and a desire for control, not caring for its citizens or the citizens of any other nation.

Following new legislation in Korea, Hawai'i's allies are exempt from any restriction binding Hawai'i, to allow for various ideologies within an alliance.
