That said, it's best to probably walk a fine line when it comes to claims that intelligence, or IQ, without heavy qualifications, are anything close to inheritable and associated with anything resembling what we would recognize as socially understood "races." The genes just don't work that way. The relationships, such as they are, between ethnic groups and IQ are spurious at best. And dishonest and intentionally bigoted at worst, but generally speaking it's safe to assume most people aren't goose stepping around their bedroom.

Also re: heritability, IQ is highly heritable, but heritable doesn't mean genetic. And genetic doesn't necessarily mean predetermined.

In the US now? ICE is carrying people off, and I haven't heard about any instances of those people's neighbors stopping it from happening. I guess they don't wear jackboots though.

ICE does deport people. It's one of the reasons we pay tax to run ICE. And while yes, I don't have any tales of heroic neighbors attacking immigration officials on the sidewalk, there have been some of ministers offering sanctuary, local government officials offering sanctuary.

But more to the point, why are you trying to dredge up looming fascists black-bagging? Why this year? Rates of deportations have been falling. They're lower this year than they were in 2016(different source, if you want). Seems like the Republicans have been soft-shoeing deportations for the last decade, relatively. So who are you talking about in preponderance, supporters of Democratic governance? I wasn't really expecting that tack, truth be told.
