I thought the idea was to have the IOTers as leaders of the nation rather than a mod which adds nations that have been in IOTs.

I believe literally everyone but alied agrees with you in this regard.

Eh I still kinda like the single IOTer and multiple nation's idea.

When I first envisioned it was the IOTers as the nations but I do not know if people have adopted mine and Terran's vision. The multiple leader thing would us to explore our masks, as the powers we played as.

As long as it's easily doable in XML and isn't ridiculous, I'm happy. Dunno about Terran though.
