Also once again reraising my plea for global warming to be reimplemented in a less silly way.

I feel like this is more likely to be a bug than an intended outcome of the mechanic, so maybe file this one under 'Bug Reports' instead?

...Unless it's supposed to represent the theory that the collapse of Mayan civilization was due to an ecological disaster? <shrugs>

So, in the recent SVN, Montezuma can be the leader of Mexico.
Not Aztecs. Mexico.
 
All of a sudden I couldn't work on the Parthenon as Rome. Turns out Greece has converted to Zoroastrianism (happens a lot) and then used a Great Prophet to spread the religion to all of my cities.

EDIT: It happened every single time I reloaded the file, so I ended up just going into Worldbuilder, deleting the prophet, and then settling him in a Greek city. Seems fair enough.

Seems to happen semi-often in 3000BC games. It kinda sucks because it denies Byz the powerful orthodox wonders!

Persia surviving till 1310 AD, obviously collapsing since they lost their cap but NOT only did they not get conquered by the arabs, they also didn't get fully conquered by the Mongols.
