I don't know if special and general relativity are related. I only know the basic concepts of general.

No; special relativity is for inertial (non-accelerating) reference frames, that's the distinction.

You could try grout to fill the crack. That's essentially a type of cement, so is not meltable or flammable.

There is no crack! I should use the term hairline fracture. I'd have to just slather it around the inside. Messy. Could the oil react with it any way?

Just went and tested that silicone is indeed somewhat flammable. Even on the inside the heat could be enough to melt the silicone. Not at all sure "melt" is the right term for something with a jelly-like consistency, but you get the idea.

The first thing I thought when I saw silicone was that I have silicone bakeware that's safe up to at least 450F. I don't know what temperature paraffin burns at, but I think as long as I keep enough water in it, it won't get that hot. It takes about two tea lights to boil off all the water if it's very full, so as long as I top it off every time I replace the candle, it should survive.

Just rub it into the fracture as well as you can with your fingers. Once it's dry, it's more or less like a coating a cement. So that's safe and non reactive.

You dont need to slather the grout all over the bowl. Like Cutlass said, just rub it into the crack with your fingers and carefully wipe away any excess. You can probably even add a little dye to the grout to better match the color.

If I don't have a driver license, what's a form of photo ID for someone in Nova Scotia who is 17.

Down here in Cali you get get a DMV ID which is pretty much like a license in terms of ID.
Passport works otherwise, but really, there's no great alternative. If you have a school/college ID with some sort of photo on it, it may be permissible, but thats doubtful.

Oh, didn't think there was one.

they do have school IDs here, but they cost some money and are only useful if you're going into extracurricular activities. I was considering getting one and asked if there were any more benefits and they said no.

My mom wants me to get one. I don't know why. I don't think I'd be able to pass a driving test.

For the safety of every road user, live somewhere that you can use public transport to get around and therefore not need a driver's license.

Small-town Nova Scotia is actually pretty good for that. There's no public transport, but everything important is within walking distance if you live in a good location in town, which can be done quite cheaply.

If ice cream has been sitting on the counter an hour or so is it safe to re-freeze it?

A no-name brand.
