I looked up the developer... it was made in the Czech if that helps any. But it does look like a malfunction. Also on the back of the box, on the rating thing, there is a question mark where a space should be:

"Alcohol?Reference
Comic?Mischief
Mild?Language
Mild?Violence."

This is what I get for picking up a game out of the $5 bin.

If a seller says a product is out of stock or sold out, does that mean they'll discontinue it, or will they eventually restock?

Not enough information. Sometime something that is selling well and sold out will be restocked, sometimes something discontinued will be sold out, and sometimes something that is available just won't be stocked because it doesn't sell well.

So, it depends.

That happens sometimes when a document is switched from one word processor to another. They probably wrote the manual in Czech, translated it on one word processor, then c&ped it to another one and printed without even bothering to check it.

There's a very nice thread somewhere for asking things of military people. Come to think of it there was one on this exact question, but I think it dissolved into a bit of a fight.
