Someone tell me where can I get a ushanka with a Soviet insignia? One of good quality that can keep my head warm and make me look awesome at the same time. Also one of those matching Soviet army coats would be cool too.

They'll take your money and then call you an evil pigdog capitalist and not send your goods. They're like that.
No they will simply divide the hat so many times that all workers can benefit from the fruits of their labor.

Can anyone identify these guns any info will be appreciated.

Third one looks very much like a mini Tommygun (Thompson) :)

5th one looks like some AA recreation, possibly the 88mm in ww2, although the barrel is much too fat and short, probably to accomodate a real bullet.

They're all awesome, but I would ask a gun expert. None of them look military issue, and I would imagine that none are commercial.

that was my first impression of the third one but if you look closely it loads from the top not the bottom like a traditional Tommy

and for the fifth one it seems to have a modern scope attached to the top and there's a poster in the background that says "Drizzonte Siste_ Navati" I'm not sure if that has any thing to do with it though I think it might be a prop from a movie.

from what I do know about them the first and second ones I'm pretty sure I saw on the History Channel and maybe the eighth one too, I saw something awfully similar to the sixth one in a knife catalog so I don't think it actually fires but I could be wrong, the ninth one I definitely seen advertised in gun magazines a couple of years ago they billed it as the worlds smallest hand gun and think it was made by accu-tek or American arms could be wrong because my memory sucks and finally the last one has Thunder written on the side along with some tiny writing I couldn't read because it was way too small and some weird triangle logo.

BTW, most guns have at some point been converted to top-load, or just about any other configuration you can think of. I've actually fired three variants on the same weapon with teh magazine in different places.

Hat Russian Soviet Army Black KGB Fur Military Cossack Ushanka

Is avaliable on Amazon for 15.75+8.95 shipping. Should I get it? I'm tempted. It has the Russian eagle and 2 Soviet sickle and hammer badges and looks pretty awesome.

Daylight savings ends tonight. Don't forget to set you clocks back an hour if you live in the US.

Lets say that someone made their own rocket and went to the Moon. Upon arriving on the Moon he dons an Atmospheric Diving Suit (the type on the right). Lets also assume that air supply is not a factor to be considered in this question and the suit is completely airtight despite his hands being exposed. How long would he last on the surface of the Moon with his hands exposed like that and what would be the effects on the hands and his body?

I'm not sure about on the moon, but vacuum of space means that exposed skin will not loose heat through conduction or convection and so despite the extreme cold it could take a long time to actually freeze. Dead bodies may very well stay warm longer in space, and the body certainly wouldn't freeze before it dies from lack of oxygen. The water near the surface of the skin would boil off and lead to severe bruising as all capillaries near the surface of the skin burst open, but that probably wouldn't go very deep. The evaporation though might allow freezing near the surface of the skin. It shouldn't be too hard for someone to survive several second or maybe even a minute in the vacuum of space, provided he was shielded from the direct sunlight which can quickly kill. One very important thing is to expel all air from your lungs first; holding your breath is the worst thing you could do in outer space, as the pressure difference would ruin the lungs.

I believe that the moon actually has a very slight atmosphere and the hands would probably be exposed in order to handle moon rocks, so it could probable lead to freezing faster. It it probably not enough to stop the massive bruising though. Bleeding would probably be disastrous.

Is it legal to buy hybrid weed (marijuana that has been cross-bred with another plant, such as a blueberry plant) online if you live in the US?
