Ah boys and girls it's good to see you all again. IF I have the game by then, I would gladly like to sign up for RB3
. I just hope that my start to Civ 4 is slightly less err... bumpy than my start to the epics
. Unfortunately though I can't see me having the game within the next two weeks. (I have concerts to go to!)

Anyway I'm back, and with a new username for Civ IV! I'd love to play a SG with you guys, but preferrably not too hard a difficulty level since I haven't been playing civ recently (thats not a crime is it?
), so count me in if there's a spare place anywhere. Unfortunately with living in Europe and having a concert to perform, I wont be able to start until the 7th November.
First Civ4 weed right here. I'll be reloading a new start later this afternoon (for RB2a), making the game threads, posting final rosters, and playing the first set of turns. Stay tuned.
I played a shadow of this scenario (same setup, except with random civs and a different map), and things were going well up until the point where Monty (who was in the random draw of opponents) started bothering me about my deals with Isabella (who was the only AI civ larger than me at the time and right next door, while Monty was on the far side of Japan, on the opposite end of the continent from me), I brushed him off, and about ten turns later, I got mauled by a pack of Jaguars. I did get a little too pre-occupied with wonder-building instead of training credible military units (scooped up the Pyramids easily with bonus food AND stone in my capital, then went almost straight from there to building the Great Lighthouse without stopping to pop out more spears or archers in between), but I was NOT expecting to get run over by those no-iron swordsmen from the opposite end of the continent.
!!! You know you wan' it
