Dictators, terrorists, crime syndicates and aggressive states are running rampant, the UN unable to truly bring the culprits to heel. After the Parliament Bombings in the UK in March of 2013, the atmosphere across the world is one of fear.

Enter the Security Meeting in June between the United States, Russia, China, Germany, Italy, France, the United Kingdom, South Korea, Japan, Canada, Mexico, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, India, Turkey, Finland, Brazil and Argentina at Halifax, Canada. A motion proposed by France was gradually accepted - the formation of the United Nations Special Services Division, a secret group of elite commandos and tech specialists tasked with bringing down these rogue elements across the world. Eventually, the motion was approved by all of the United Nations.

Officially.

2014: The Special Services Division is an untested team of former military operatives from elite forces worldwide, SAS to Spetsnaz to Delta Force. Their first real challenge is ahead of them.

But there are bigger threats than those posed by terrorists and rogue warlords, and the Special Services Division will be called into action against them, too.​
