Julius: Welcome to the tiny country of Plainia. We consist of one plains square with a road through it. I am the despot. We are dedicated to peace and international cooperation, and have founded an international organization, the Organization of Nar Shaddaan States (ONSS). We will fight only if ourselves or an ally is attacked. We hereby ratify the treaty that was agreed to by DePaolo land. Here are a few statistics:
