Germany wishes to know what is the big problem that has sprung in the indian-pacific sector of the world?
it seems that this crisis could develop into a nuclear arms race, or worse, a nuclear war.

I am sure that our Russian rep. to the Commitern would be happy to explain it.

Well the problem is that Oceania was very angry at China, because they spread "propaganda" in Indochina, after the Oceanians invaded it. Oceania thinks that this propaganda resulted in the death of Oceanian soldiers by Indochinese guerilla fighters. The Indochinese government says otherwise:

No victims came from the propaganda, unless the Oceanians just happen to suddenly implode upon hearing radio transmissions. The victims came from the militaristic and expansionist policies of your fascist government. In short - we back China and Madagascar in this crisis.

Further scraping about the new Oceanian government, which in Madagascar´s opinion is corrupt heated the disscussion. Then Oceania started to challange China -

Lastly Oceania calls all Reservists up to the colours and tells China that if it wants to to tango with Oceania then it is welcome to do so!

Later both, the Madagascarian (lol?) and the Chinese ambassadors were expelled from Oceania.

Btw last year Oceania threatened Madagascar with the use of nukes.

After Turkey, fearing a war, offered themselves as negiators, Ocenia told their demands:

-Madgascar apologises for critizing the government of Oceania and their people when it is not their place to do so.
-China apologises for the loss of Oceanian life in their propaganda efforts while Oceania was liberating the people of IndoChina.
- China pays Oceania a compensation for the families of the vicitms of the above propaganda

China declined, stating something I didn´t understand
(read post) and Madagascar called them a rouge nation.

A bit later Oceania withdrew from peace talks with Madagasar and China (which is rather funny bc a) peace talks without a war? b) since they had expelled their ambassadors they spoke over turkey )

Again a bit later Oceania withdrew their ambassador from Korea because their President obviously was suffering from an delusions of grandeur.

Currently China is pissed off, bacause it´s citizen got called contraband and because Oceania ordered the stopping of every Madagascarian/Oceanian ships passing their waters.
