Third Presidential Debate

I thought McCain had the better performance in this debate.

And as for Fact checks, CNN has a bunch of them here.

I think Obama's campaign donation to an organization associated with Acorn who are under investigation for voter fraud is rather damaging evidence, and how he flatly denied the fact, even though news outlets like CNN report it to BE a fact, is evidence he's a world class BSer. Obama=Democrat version of GW Bush. (Inexperienced, says anything to get votes, a huge spender, no foreign policy expertise, and flatly just can't be trusted at face value what he promises.)

So...everybody here knows that Palin's kid doesn't have Autism right? She has Downs.

Her nephew has autism, her son has down syndrome. He never said son in regards to autism. Reserch your one liners in the future.

Hahah did Obama say autism?

McCain made a referense about Autism and said something to the effect of "As Sarah Palin knows more about than any other." It could easily be misinterpreted as though he was saying Sarah Palin's baby had autism, but he was really refering to disability in general.

Edit: See a few posts above.

Wait, when did nephews become children? Is this another republican assault on the traditional family?

Do we not consider 11 year olds children? Is nephew not a close enough relative for her to have intimate experiance with the demands of raising one with autism?

Well, this was much the same the other debates, McCain looked like a mean old man talking about garbage issues on a day when the stock market fell 730 points. All the polls say Obama won again.

Healthcare was Obama's win
Education was McCain's win

Energy was a win for no one

No sure about the others, they said the same crap as always.

Polls are kind of funny. According to polls, Obama has won every debate since the primaries began by a margin of at least 2:1. But then same polls always said that Ron Paul won all the republican debates and won all the states, even ones he already lost.

These polls of independents are all we have to go by. The audience had probably already made up their minds before this debate.

mccain kept making faces...and looked ridiculous

And that matters because? Is making faces going take away your health care benefit options?

Oh right, the last guy who made faces was Al Gore and lost the election even though he should have won since he got the popular vote. But thank goodness he still lost... I mean he would have been a worse president than George W Bush because he always made all those stupid sily faces and sighs!

The message here; don't make goofy faces. McCain should have learned that lesson from Gore.

Not voter fraud, registration fraud. That happens whenever campaigns (or activist groups) pay people to go out and register people, and the people paying the bills are the victims. They're paying for each registration so they lose money when the registrations are bogus, and by law ACORN has to turn in the registrations they receive as well as "flag" those that are suspicious. This investigation may have been instigated by ACORN itself as it complies with the laws. Voter fraud would be ineligible voters using those bogus registrations at the ballot box. Just one of the hazards of paying people to collect registrations, some of them will make up registrations and take the cash. From what I understand, plenty of reputable people and organizations gave money to the organization for get out the vote campaigns and ACORN got about 10%.
