One question that needs an answer (not like my previous question): where do we post any finished unit made from these great storyboards ? Shall we post them in the DB with a link here or in a separate thread in the Units sub-forum ?
Ok. From what I've seen many of these units were already made by Sandris, I personnaly don't see the need for an other version. It would take some precious time for something that isn't new. But the rest of them are very nice and I need them for my mod, so I volunteer to finish some of them. I will contact Grandraem to see which ones he chooses.

I just got around to starting to download 2, 3, and 4 now, and will review them later and get back to your email, themanuneed.
Unfortunately, my cold is kicking my butt a little and I haven't got much accomplished on my day off yet.
I'm starting with some slingers, because they've been requested for a long time and there are few of them already made. I couldn't get the script to work, so I'm correcting them by hand, which is tedious. If someone understands something about them, please try to correct it or tell me what I've done wrong.
After the slingers I'll go back to making packs Civ by Civ.
EDIT: nevermind, I made my way through. The Balearic Slinger is finished. I will post it with the whole pack when it is finished.

yeah, especially some medieval ones - shepherd people used them a lot....caucasian, balkans, sicily, etc...

not yet...ihave a couple of weeks something very delicate to do, and afterward i will start creating 3d objects like chamfrons, helmets, shields and so on...but be patient for a little while!!

SLINGERS, Yeeees. I have wished for some more variant of slingers for a long time.
As I see it a good unit for ancient times. Fast movement, perhaps stealth, bad defense but some def.bomb. This way these boys can move in to kill offensive units that are injured (thanks to stealth) that would otherwise be protected by perhaps spearmen.
A very good completement to ancient armies. Of course inexpensive too.
