Trading Posts built after Free Thought only get one beaker??

First, my apologies if this has been dealt with elsewhere. I did a search, and only found that this bug was reported, and supposedly fixed, back in Sept. of 2010.

This is what I noticed: I picked up the Free Thought social policy. I noticed that I received an extra beaker on the trading post that I had built. HOWEVER, as I built new trading post they only have one beaker. I can only come up with two conclusions:

1. Adopting the social policy only applies to trading posts that were already built.
2. There is something wrong!

Can anyone tell me what’s happening here?? Thanks!

Nope. Don't think that I am. I took Free Thought and then built a couple Trading Posts on some grassland tiles. A few rounds after they were built, I noticed that they are only producing 1 beaker. I am not several turns from buidling them, and they are still at 1. Why is that??

They are without the policy at zero beakers and with it at one. It´s correct the way it is.

Yeah, a trading post in the jungle with a University and Free Thought gives 3 beakers for that tile.
