Could you elaborate?
I can see that an icicle can cause such a wound near the heart and then melt to water. But I don't see what the empty flask has to do with it then. Or the guy wasn't behaving rationally.
And then: who did the icicle get there ?? I presume a desert to be hot. But since this is a trick-question thread you can't be too sure, so:
