Trick Pass It On Quiz

3) is not correct; In the end Gore got more votes than W.

So my try:
1) You have to be a citizen of the US (not neccesarilt born).
2) You have to win the most states (I don't know the English term, Choosemen??)
3) You need to be sworn in and take an oath.
4) You have to be alive.

35 years old, (at least)
natural-born US citizen,
be sworn in,
be alive

1)You must be an American Citizen by birth (bieng born at a US embassy, or on a US ship still counts IIRC)
2)You must have lived in the US for the lst 7 years
3)you Must be 35 years old
4)You must Get more electoral votes than any other canidate. if no one gets an absolute majority (i.e. 3 canidates, Tie, etc...) Then you must be chosen by the House of Representatives with a supporter of you in 2/3 of the states, and a majority of states have a majority of representatives in favor of you

That seems okay, but then why would it be a trick question :hmm:?

There is no question mark in that "question" that was posted. So, it could be one of those "its a statement not a question" trick.

Also, its 14 years of being a resident of the USA.
Also, you don't need the most votes or the most electoral votes.
John Q. Adams had nethier.

Hmm - looking at what recent presidents have all had in common, an alien might deduce

1) male
2) white
3) over 40
4) rich

This was what I was thinking of. In the naturalization manuel, they named the first three, but not the last. So some people might forget that you have to be elected.

well i pass to Gumby78 because it's really 14 years, and he's the one that told me, it's rightfully his

That question creates an infinite loop. There is one mistake other than the fact that the is only one question. However, now that there are two mistakes, the second mistake is now correct, making itself incorrect.
