Incredibly simple poll. No, there is no option for anything other than those two because if you don't fit one of those two options, this poll isn't for you.

That said, feel free to discuss the topic all you want in the thread.

Me? I'm a Unitarian.

I was raised a trinitarian like most people around here in western Norway. To me non-trinitarian christianity is quite exotic and a bit weird.

There's something compelling about various things being manifestations of a single reality, like Brahman or a grand unified theory.

I'm a unitarian who goes to an Episcopal church. :p

(Strictly speaking I'm a stoic humanist who is a unitarian universalist, who goes to an Episcopal church.)

Unitarian? Really? You don't believe in the divinity of Christ?

Interesting. I wouldn't have thought that. Are you Jewish or Muslim?

It doesn't really make any sense for Christians to be non-trinitarian.

Well, not only does it not make sense; it's an entirely different belief system, soo?

My parents went to an American unitarian church years ago. On the whole it doesn't particularly matter to me from a LOLCONSOLEWARZ standpoint.

The "old oriental" churches are not. Like the coptic orthodox, syriac orthodox etc.

Most christians in syria are greek orthodox however.

Wonder what will happen to christianity i Syria with the civil war going on?

This reminds me of the joke about a jew who survives a shipwreck and ends up alone on a deserted island.

First thing he builds two synagoges. One he goes to, ane one he never goes to.

Why does being Unitarian reject the divinity of Christ?
