Underated vioces in music

So I was in a mood and put on the Misfits / Danzig/ Samhain chuck of my music queue. A vast departure from my normal tunes.

I forgot how good Glen Danzigs voice really was. "Descending Angle", "Skulls" and "London Dungeon" showed off his voice very well. In a different genre his voice could have gone on be much more widely appreciated.


Tell me I'm off my rocker and/or add your own opinion.

He really was a great vocalist, none of the later singers came close to him, he was the misfits.

Freddie Wadling. Best Swedish singer ever. Oh, and ugliest too.

I agree that Glen Danzig is a great underrated singer.

Dax Riggs. He's one of the few vocalists who can really put emotion into his singing. Acid Bath was probably the best sludge band (IMO it was much more than just sludge) ever and while Dax's later music isn't exactly my favorite I still like his voice.

I LOVE sarah harmers voice - it is beautiful and unique.

For some reason, i like Tina Cousins' voice.
Anders Jacobsson - one of the few voices in heavymetal which seems just about right.

I give her the props of a good voice but shes sold millions of records and can't really be considered underrated.
