Kidnap all his family and friends, hold him in a compound filled with utterly incompetent guards, he'll train up and gain a lot of muscle, then upgrade his Aikido to Super Aikido-jin level, defeat all our guards except the final boss, then be blackmailed into giving us the units, then we'll betray him and he'll go Aikido on us, revealing that his secret identity is

Well you can't be Christian Tissier, you'd be kicking arse from the start! You must be another Tissier instead of the main one, this is a comic-style story after all.

Getting back to OT, my request for a padre and a bishop stands, and I don't think Steph could provide them from his files even if he wanted to, as he no longer has them. Waterboarding won't help, as usual.

On another on-topic topic, has anyone else been watching the Libyan rebel Pick-up truck army with the same fascination as I have? I mean, some of the vehicles in their retinue are real works of art. Some good pics >here<, and >here<. That last is from a Chinese website, huanqiu.com, which specializes in chinese military equipment and lightly clad women, for those who prefer one or the other un-camouflaged.

I just look at the devastation, I don't have the stomach to think how cool the vehicles are when I see the gorier side of the conflict. But what is this about scantily clad women?

Here is a request...African Mounted Units

Zulu Knights, Benin Knights and Ethiopian Knights...I know they did not exist so you can be REAL creative!

Also African Cavalry, there is only Zulu Cavalry out there now, this would fill a HUGE void in the African units, there is everything out there but mounted units.

I don't have the time to do that, but it'd be relatively easy to find the units you want to eb Africanised, export the file then tinker with the palette a bit so that all the skin bits are a dark shade of brown&#8230;

I'm pretty sure these units exist.

No doubt about it we need some more African Cavalry, but there are a few options.

Waterwild: have you checked the Unit Artists Library and the Unit Library, as not everything is in the downloads database.

There is a nice Ethiopian Ancient/Medieval cavalry unit, also there is a Nubian Horseman unit and a Songhai Knight. There are two Zebra riding guys too if you don't mind totally fictional units. Plus some Arab units can perhaps pass for African units.

Definitely it would be good to get some more African looking units though.

As nick0515 said, there are quite a few African mounted units already. If you want a good collection of African units you could start by downloading my African scenario (link in sig) and looking through the units there, as it's pretty much the best collection of them that I could put together. (Mainly for the northern half of the continent in the pre-modern era.)

Hi everybody!
Some thing strike my mind today morning. So many nice guns and almost no transports?
Would someone create a truck(artillery tug?), maybe not civ-specified and just generic with attacched tented gun to transport ATs, Howitzers and other arty-things across land?
Wyrmshadow create a nice amount of good trucks, but they haven't attached guns, gwendoline make some, but they are not tented so current models of guns could be recognized.

I request: any civ\generic truck\tracktor\horses with attached gun that highly tented (to mask what gun it carries) to make a run.flc for ATs, Howitzrt and other artylleries.

Or if not, could someone create\convert a Carryal from Dune 2\Dune 2000 or CnC series? At least, we need some god heavy tank transport here ;-)

"Carry-all" would make an extraordinary SF Settler unit, with a pod drop being the Build sequence.

Hmmm, they were used in-game for delivering stuff, they were outside your control. Your 'settler' was a big lorry thingy.
