yes and its clear you can see the shadow on the ground of the Civilpedia but that's it.
Then increase the size.
Some units are technically just small. I had to set the scale value for one of the units in my mod to 80 or so to see it.
Are the .nif file and the .kfm file named the same? Sometimes there are problems when they are not.
yes they are named the same the animation came with the file but its for warlords so does that make a difference.
Hm, the FX file seems to not work like it should. Try removing the <SHADERNIF> line in the ArtDefines file. Or if you want to keep that line, rename .../ram_FX.nif to .../ram.nif.

It's just a quick combination of the first fidget animation with the modern engineer effect. I only got the no_fx mesh to work with this, but I hope that's sufficient. If you want to use this unit, you'll have to remove the <SHADERNIF> entry in the .xml file. Alternatively you can copy the SupplyTrain.nif file and rename it SupplyTrain_FX.nif.
How easy/difficult would it be to switch the effect to the great merchant effect?

I don't really need the coins. Basically what I was going to do was use it as a base for some ethnic great merchants that would look odd with a camel.
