Let's pick only things that prove our point. Though there isn't much of a point. They're feature films! How would it count? Especially since Jarhead came out way after the USSR was history. Though, if you want to point to the time portrayed, the USSR was still on its way out by the Gulf War. Thus, I can conclude that America prevailed on that alone.
