Upload save, @Toffer90 should check what's wrong

Here it is. Upon loading (on SVN r.11396) and recalculating modifiers, you immediately hear the demotion chime and get notified of units losing invalid promotions. Have a look at the musketeers/musketmen units:

Here are some screenshots of how they are in r11395 vs r11396

Didn't inspect much else after seeing what had happened to them. Also noted, of the units that were ready for promotion, only one promotion option was available as opposed to the usual variety. All of my units obtained their promotions naturally through normal game play so you can rule out any WB unit editor cause.

Everything continues to work fine on r.11395

Ok, will investigate, new games seems to work fine so hopefully its not as bad as one might think.

Edit: Yeah, the units that are all strange have lost all their unitCombat types, all dll code assumes all units have at least one unitCombat type so that can lead to all kinds of strangeness. The question now is how those units lost their unitCombat types.

Found the reason, was due to an xml change I made that seemed innocent. Removed two of the three standout variant promotions.
Any unit that had the promotions I removed would lose all their unitCombat types, must be something odd about status promotions, as this doesn't happen with any other promo types that I know of.

Edit: Fix on the way to SVN right now, eta. 30 minutes.

Even with the newest SVN my gatherer can have military promotions which probably doesn't make sense. This has happened already with the older SVN but I wanted to wait for the one you have announced.

This was likely caused by local modifications on your side, some modmod perhaps.
my bad, i put the wrong Custom Civ inplace, DUH . .

CTD with SVN 11399. Actually 2 problems. Move unit and it's graphic disappears. Then click on another unit and CTD.

You will see that the scout is only represented with the red circling arrows on a forested hill. Then locate Hunter NW of scout, which has already moved as well. Game will CTD upon clicking on Hunter.

EDIT: Re loaded save and Scout was completely gone from game (Got the Scout from a goody Hut the Hunter had explored). And could proceed with game play. So you will not see the problem nor the CTD upon loading this savegame! :p

Note: both the Hunter and the now missing Scout came from Goody huts.

I saved the initial turn so I will see if I can replicate the CTD by retracing my turns. (I will probably Not get a Hunter now from the 1st Goody Hunt :p )

EDIT2: Proceeded with next turn and the Scout reappeared but only graphic on the map for scout is the red circling arrows. I am uploading that save turn now. I have not tried to click on any other unit yet to see if game will CTD. We shall see....

I have added info and another turn save for you. See 2nd edit to above post.

EDIT: advanced another turn and scout Graphic returned to map. Turn proceeded as expected.

This disappearing/reappearing unit graphic oddity has shown up before in many of my current set of games over the past few months.
 
Scout graphic disappeared again. Also Scout is not revealing unexplored tiles. See new save game.

Okay with this save move invisible scout to any unexplored tile to it's North. Then clock on Hunter and subdued Zebra. Game will CTD. Repeatable this time.

I keep trying to advance this game and I can sort of. I have to be very mindful of the scout's visibility status and then trying to move the Hunter. On turns I can advance I have to move the Hunter 1st.Unless the Scout is visible again (coming back into non blacked out tiles).

Edit: When a fix comes in, on this computer I only have the SVN. So I need and SVN Update. NOt just a Git one.
