Guandao
Rajah of Minyue and Langkasuka
Ashurbanipal (Akkadian) - 33
Askia (Zarma) - 20
Bismarck (German) - 29
Boudicca (Welsh) - 25
Darius I (Aramaic) - 21
Dido (Canaanite/Phoenician) - 16
Enrico Dandolo (Venetian) - 33
Gajah Mada (Old Javanese) - (32+1)=33 Deep voice fitting for the elephant general, making him speak a more archaic version of Javanese, as opposed to modern Javanese or even Indonesian language, is the icing on a cake!
Maria I (Portuguese) - 30
Oda Nobunaga (Japanese) - 22
Pedro II (Brazilian Portuguese) - 32
Shaka (isiZulu esijulile) - 30
Theodora (Greek) - (20-3)=17 Too seductive for Theodora (her background didn't necessarily implied she was a courtesan), plus Medieval Greek grammatical errors
Zulu speakers aren't that difficult to find, especially if you search in South Africa. Firaxis did the recordings for the Zulu themes/and the Brave New World main theme in South Africa, so they probably got Khulu Silenjana there to record for Shaka. I wish someone translated the Zulu dialogue on the Civilization wiki. My attempts to translate it are pathetic. I'm going to check out the Zulu books in my University library...
