Sejong (Middle Korean) - 18-3=15 - He should have more imposing voice. For me, he sounds like a kind daddy when he greets you in his palace. His voice doesn't fit the mighty Korean king. And, as I said before, lots of Korean speakers are complaining about his voice.
Shaka (isiZulu esijulile) - 24+1=25 - You know that he is the mighty king of the Zulu from the first word he says. He has deep and imposing voice. Voice of warrior. "AIVEEEFEH!"
Suleiman (Turkish) - 13
Theodora (Greek) - 23
William (Dutch) - 25

Edit: Fixed typo in Sejong's score after downvote from 5 to 15.

I just noticed I've made a typo in my downvote for Sejong. he has 15 points, not 5.

Ahmad al-Mansur (Moroccan Arabic) - 25
Ashurbanipal (Akkadian) - (24+1)=25 His score should match Ahmad al-Mansur (whose voice I'm not too fond of), and Gajah Mada (another favorite of mines). Powerful and fit for an Assyrian King!

Augustus Caesar (Latin) - (20+1)=21 I think he's meant to sound bored and disinterested as a Roman Emperor. His VA, Emile Khordoc, did a great job conveying that. Plus the Classical Latin pronunciation is pretty much accurate.
