Hungary however needs a corridor to the sea if its ever going to strenghten its economy to its full potential. The ottomans lie to the south and the russians to the east. It is a very dangerous place for a new liberal Hungary, but only time will tell.

Monarch of Bavaria is Chancellor
The states are represented in the Bundesrat (Federal Council)while the people elected the Suddeutscher Reichstag (South German Diet).
(ofcourse in real life the monarch (whose title would change from President to Emperor (or Kaiser) if it became an empire) would have the real power while using the Bundesrat to keep the minor states happy) The reichtag doesnt have much power right now
