The loofah exfoliates like crazy. The poof makes for good lather, I don't know if it's better than a sponge for that but sponges gross me out.

Exfoliation is good. Using something rough and scrubbing like a madman to remove dead skin. It's quite nice to do once in a while, freshens the skin up. Glad I started doing it.

Normally:
Shampoo, conditioner, other hair products once a week.
Normal soap, and sometimes body gel thing if I have something formal.
Finish off with a towel; I don't use loofahs, etc

If I have dry skin (or about once a week if I don't) I bring a pumice stone

My water pressure is so strong in my shower it can peel skin, so I usually just peel off the old skin and then soap down the new skin with whatever is closest.

I'm still waiting to hit first puberty. When I finally ( if ever ) get to grow in a full beard it will come in grey!

I used to be high maintenance, needing wash clothes, facial wash, body wash, shampoo.

Lovely thing about a bar of soap, is that it combines all of the above.
